We ensure all our staff are suitably qualified for their roles within Careco and not only do they have the relevant qualifications and training, but also have extensive knowledge in health and social care, ensuring they are always working with current regulations and providing a person centred care approach.

All of our staff must go through an application process where can ensure the candidate has the right attitude, knowledge, self confidence and amount of compassion for their job role.

We will never employ a candidate that doesn’t love their job.

Once a candidate has gone through all relevant DBS, Reference checks, training updates and an interview; we will then put them on a shadow shift with one of our experienced staff members. This is to ensure they are aware of how we work as a team and to ensure that all questions can be answered. We also use this to gain have feedback from both the care setting and our staff member before a decision is made as to whether they are a suitable candidate for our team.

Health Care Assistants

Our Health care assistants are compassionate and highly skilled individuals. Each health care assistant is different and they all have diverse specialities.

Our health care assistants are flexible within their work, they are able to work as part of a team or alone if required. Our health care assistants are available for both day, night and block booking work and they are able to cover a multitude of areas within the health and social care sector.

Registered Nurses

All of our registered nurses are again fully qualified within their job role. Our Nurses are all registered with the NMC and we carry out PIN checks every 28 days. We have General Nurses and nurses with specialities within certain fields such as mental health.

All of our nurses are caring and compassionate about what they do. Our Nurses are able to adapt to working in different areas with different people with ease and grace. Not only are they able to adapt to each individual setting, they are also able to ensure the smooth running of shifts and continue to support your already established team.
